I write to recommend Chuck Fleming and TCR Home Improvements to you. I wholeheartedly recommend Chuck and his company for your proposed project. He was outstanding in his work on my room addition, and will assuredly provide you the same level of professional quality work that he did me
My wife and I had a somewhat different plan than the normal four walls and a roof for our room addition. We contacted a series of contractors, and were immediately impressed with Chuck's ability to grasp our vision and prepare a plan to bring it into existence. Unlike the others, who simply wrote out a figure on a piece of paper, or provided a one page, incomplete estimate, Chuck provided a detailed estimate of the parts and services he proposed providing, and explained to us his pricing procedures. His prices were very fair, and he was the only one of the contractors who recognized that our current heating plant would not be sufficient to adequately heat the addition, and to propose a separate unit be included in the addition. Needless to say, he was correct, and our addition is very comfortable in all weather conditions.
That thorough and complete estimate set the model for our dealings with Chuck. He was in constant contact with us, ensuring that our change orders (and we had a few!) were quickly agreed to and put into place. He provided us a schedule up front, so we knew when to expect people to arrive and things to occur.
He has a quality crew, who are professionals in their work. The materials he used were top-notch, and the workmanship in installing them is terrific. We were extremely pleased with the craftsmanship of his workers—things fit seamlessly, things work as they are supposed to, and the whole project appears to have been built when the original house went up. The only difference between the house and the addition is that Chuck's work is better than our original builder's work!
Chuck went the extra mile to ensure we were pleased. And pleased we are—we have the room addition we have always wanted, at a fair price, and with the best quality workmanship. If you are considering Chuck for a project in your home, you should hire him immediately, before someone else does. Chuck Fleming and TCR deliver a quality project for a very fair price, and there are not many that do it half as well as he.

As we get ready to move back into our house, I want to take a moment to thank you for the work your company did for us on our fire restoration. We are very pleased with the final product and believe that we received quality workmanship.
We are particularly grateful for the site leadership of Don Lowery. He seems to take a special interest in this project from beginning to end, and we always felt confident that things were being doe well while under his watch. His expertise was very helpful to us many times when we had questions or concerns. We were amazed at his range of skills and the high standards he held for his work and the work of those under his direction. And, of great importance to us and our neighbors, the work site, when under his leadership, was treated respectfully and left clean, orderly and safe.
We’d also like to commend two other workers to you. Rod and Jodie, for their professional skills. The high quality of their work and the pride they took in it was evident to us. All in all, we are very appreciative of the fine job done by your company.
